Fall is here!! One of my absolute favorite times of the year! The weather gets cooler, the leaves start changing, and the food gets yummier. I have a super simple recipe for you today. You probably have all the ingredients in your pantry. So without further ado …. Pumpkin Puff Cookies!!
Pumpkin Puff Cookies
- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 Can of Pumpkin
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup of White Baking Chips
- 1/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil
- Cinnamon (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together with whisk. If you prefer a more pumpkin pie taste add cinnamon to your preference.
3. Drop by cookie scoop on baking sheet
4. Bake for 13-15 minutes. Leave cookies a little undone to keep them moist!
5. Enjoy!
